Henry D. Paloci III comes to The Green Law Group from Florida, having practiced law there since 1997. Mr. Paloci's practice includes bankruptcy law, civil litigation attendant to bankruptcy law, collections and enforcement of judgments and debts, homeowners' association law, and real estate law. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Akron University in 1996 and his Bachelor's degree in English from The Ohio State University in 1993 with a minor in psychology.
Mr. Paloci is admitted to practice in California and in Florida, and the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of California, the Middle District of Florida, and the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, The Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney's Association, and various civic groups. Mr. Paloci was a recent speaker and panel participant in Negotiating Real Estate Loan Workout Terms, a legal education seminar. Among other appearances, Mr. Paloci was recently a guest on the radio show "All About Women," WENG 1220 AM, in Englewood, Florida, to discuss legal issues pertaining to real estate.
When not working and raising three children with his wife, Kendall Jones, a litigation attorney, Mr. Paloci is a freelance script consultant and plays hockey, enjoys poker, and fits in a round of golf from time to time.
